Job summary

HighPoint Global is seeking a Program Specialist #1 to serve as a senior grants management advisor supporting DCDDP discretionary and demonstration grant programs. You will strengthen recipient capacity, guide federal competitions, and drive program performance.

You will lead design and delivery of TA strategies, help develop NOFOs, manage grant portfolios, ensure compliance, and coordinate outreach to diverse stakeholders while partnering across federal agencies and recipients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; master's preferred
• 7+ years of federal grants management and program operations
• Ability to travel up to 10-20% as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of targeted TA strategies to strengthen recipient capacity and improve performance across DCDDP grant programs.
• Develop standardized processes for identifying high-risk recipients, needs assessments, and outcome measurement.
• Provide consultation, coaching, and capacity-building support to grant recipients.
• Serve as SME on discretionary and demonstration grant programs and advise federal leadership and stakeholders.
• Assist in development, revision, and administration of NOFOs, funding announcements, and guidance materials.
• Plan outreach initiatives, webinars, and educational resources to increase awareness and participation.
• Manage grant portfolios with monitoring, reviews, and compliance with regulations.
• Support organizational operations with coordination, event planning, and records management requirements.
