Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in communications-related field.
• 7+ years of experience in communications or grants-related roles.
• Travel up to 10-20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead NOFO development, revision, launch, and closeout of notices and supporting docs.
• Develop briefing materials and decision-support resources for leadership.
• Coordinate applicant support, eligibility reviews, and guidance.
• Manage peer review processes including reviewer recruitment and QA.
• Design outreach to increase awareness among underserved communities.
• Create educational resources, webinars, videos, and guidance materials.
• Develop and execute communications strategies to promote programs and outcomes.
• Produce press releases, reports, white papers, website content, and social media materials.
• Develop dashboards and digital tools to highlight program impact.
• Ensure compliance with Section 508 accessibility and VPAT standards.
