Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of relevant research administration experience, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in research administration.
• Experience with pre-award and post-award processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-award grant activities including proposal preparation and submission.
• Manage budgeting, justifications, and regulatory data for proposals.
• Liaise between Chair, Faculty, and Department Administrators.
• Monitor NOA reviews and progress reports.
• Oversee post-award budgets, expenditures, and subawards.
• Ensure compliance with sponsor and university guidelines.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports.
