• Monitors human service programs to ensure grant/contract compliance.
• Evaluates programs to measure results and recommend policy adjustments.
• Performs contract management activities including negotiations and oversight.
• Develops bid/Proposal specs for service contracts and assists procurement.
• Presents funding recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners.
