UCLA is seeking a Senior Fund Manager to oversee pre- and post-award administration for complex multi-million-dollar contracts and grants within the Research Office of the School of Dentistry. You will prepare financial analyses, ensure compliance, and train staff as needed.

Under the Director of Research Administration, you will reconcile purchasing, travel, and reimbursements, support budgetary controls, and contribute to high-level financial reporting for multiple funding streams.

Formación

• 7–10 years in contract and grant administration in an academic setting.
• Experience with center/training grants and complex awards.
• Strong knowledge of federal/state/private grant regulations.
