Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison with the Department of Justice on litigation and draft briefs, memos, motions, and other litigation documents.
• Provide legal advice on administration of grant programs under major federal education Acts.
• Support grants-related litigation, manage administrative records, and coordinate with program offices and DOJ.
