Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day sponsorship project financial management for an assigned portfolio.
• Lead a team of 3-8 staff handling project billing, reconciliation and reporting, and sponsor liaison functions.
• Ensure compliance with sponsor and university requirements and support continuous improvement initiatives across the department.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external sponsors.
