Job summary

The Senior Operations Specialist is a member of Fidelity Charitable’s Service Delivery Client Services team, working with the Premium Services Group in Durham, NC. You will be responsible for timely and accurate processing and researching of grants recommendations for High Net Worth donors.

You will handle standard and non-standard grant requests, meet SLA targets, monitor the Grant Team Inbox, prioritize expedited items, and produce ad hoc grant reporting while clearly communicating status

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years in Financial Sales or Service, UHNW background required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail with strong follow-through.
• Well organized with planning, multitasking, and time management.
• Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to identify and mitigate potential risk.
• Working knowledge of Fidelity systems (XTRAC, RepApp) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process grants recommendations accurately and timely for High Net Worth donors.
• Handle standard and non-standard grant requests and meet SLAs.
• Monitor Grant Team Inbox; prioritize expedited requests without sacrificing quality.
• Produce adhoc grant reporting and run scripts for bulk grants.
• Communicate status updates to PDG Service and guidance to donors.
