Responsibilities

• 30% Pre-Award Grants Management: Provide comprehensive proposal development support to faculty, investigators, fellows, and trainees.
• 25% Research Administration Leadership: Lead and manage departmental research administration operations; supervise staff; set priorities and ensure timely submissions.
• 15% Post-Award Administration: Prepare sponsor/organizational documentation, reviews, and financial reporting.
• 10% Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Ensure compliance with federal, state, sponsor, and institutional regulations; communicate policy updates.
