Job summary

• Bachelor's degree and four years of grants experience in contracts or sponsored programs.
• Experience with contracts, grant administration, and sponsor compliance.
• Ability to develop complex budgets per sponsor guidelines.
• Leadership experience supervising grants staff and teams.
• Strong communication and cross-department collaboration.
• Familiarity with pre-award and post-award processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide proposal development support for faculty, investigators, fellows, and trainees.
• Coordinate submission of grant applications to federal, state, foundation, and industry sponsors.
• Develop and review complex proposal budgets in accordance with sponsor guidelines.
• Evaluate financial considerations including cost sharing and F&A costs.
• Coordinate proposal activities with collaborating institutions and internal stakeholders.
• Review proposals for completeness, compliance, and adherence to requirements.
