• Lead complex submissions and transfers with multiple components and sites.
• Coordinate with faculty, central offices, and external partners; keep organized records.
• Prepare accurate extramural funding reports and represent the department on committees.
• Ensure documentation complies with institutional policies and sponsor requirements.
