Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a corporate accounting or finance department or public accounting experience.
• 1+ years of grant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and Outlook.
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables and various formulas (lookups, SUMIFS, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Must reside in Phoenix Metro area; hybrid position in-office days.

Responsibilities

• Complete analysis and research for federal grants and monthly grant invoice review, balance sheet reconciliation and journal entries.
• Research related to provider invoices for grant funding and coordinate grant reporting with providers.
• Prepare regulatory reports for AHCCCS and related regulators per reporting guidelines.
• Assist with accounts payable review and audit requirements; support Workpapers for auditors.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and payment analyses as requested by management.
