Responsibilities

• Coordinates the monthly PPM subledger close and ensures integration with General Ledger.
• Monitors and reconciles sponsored programs and faculty fund subledger activity with General Ledger.
• Performs reconciliations of balance sheet accounts related to sponsored programs and faculty funds.
• Researches discrepancies and coordinates corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Prepares and analyzes financial reports, supporting schedules, and documentation.
