Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field appropriate to the area of assignment.
• Five (5) years of experience in the area are required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with grant budgeting, monitoring, invoicing, and reporting is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages grant financials across the pre-award and post-award lifecycle, including budgets, monitoring, reporting, and closeout.
• Reviews and tracks domestic and international invoices, payments, and reimbursements.
• Prepares journal entries, adjustments, and fund transfers with proper worktags and funding sources.
• Prepares grant financial reports and analyses for investigators and management, and monitors spending against timelines.
• Maintains accurate grant financial records and supports audits and compliance reviews.
