Miller Milling Company is seeking a Senior Grain Merchandiser to lead the merchandising strategy and financial performance for Hard Red Spring wheat and byproducts across the flour mill network.

You will own origination, pricing, risk management, and supplier relationships, working with mill operations, sales, logistics, quality, and leadership to maximize profitability and supply reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in related field.
• 7+ years experience in grain merchandising or related areas.
• Knowledge of HRS wheat markets, quality specs, cash merchandising, basis trading, and hedging.

Responsibilities

• Lead HRS wheat origination and merchandising for Miller Milling's flour mill network.
• Develop sourcing strategies to optimize mix, quality, and cost.
• Manage basis exposure, hedge positions, and P&L within risk limits.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, logistics, and quality teams.
