(Primary Location for JobResponsibilities) Our Kennesaw campus is located at 1000Chastain Road NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144.

Our Marietta campus is located at 1100 SouthMarietta Parkway, Marietta, GA 30060.

Responsible for the development and implementation of outreach,admissions activities, and strategies to attract and manageassigned recruitment territory. Arranges and attends high schooland two-year college fairs and makes high school visits asassigned. Works with parents, students, faculty, and staff asneeded and advises leadership in identifying recruitmentopportunities. May collaborate on the creation of marketing andcommunication collateral geared toward the assigned territory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Researches, plans, and executes recruitment plans in assignedterritories
  • Promotes the university's academic offerings by managing a recruitment territory consisting of high schools in and out of thestate; attends targeted fairs, schedules onsite and offsitevisits
  • Responds to student inquiries by working the front desk,responds to assigned work tickets and email inquiries fromstudents
  • Handles complaint and error investigations into individual casesmanaged through the CRM system
  • Maintains proper knowledge of the services and programs in orderto properly counsel and advise potential students seekingadmission
  • Assists with the planning, implementation and execution ofspecial promotional activities and events (i.e., on and off campusor advising events, Open House programs)
  • Identifies the appropriate geographical markets and assesscomprehensive enrollment program trends
  • Serves as a liaison to various campus departments to includecoordinating training and scheduling
  • Provides admissions and information session coverage on bothcampuses as needed
  • Advises prospective-students individually and in groupsregarding admission requirements
  • Assists prospective students with degree and courseselection
  • Assists prospective students with navigating the university'sacademic and co-curricular landscape
  • Works with faculty and staff on communication, advisement andacademic counseling related to the general admission requirementsfor the university or college
  • May assist with training front desk student assistants
Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of highereducation in related field
Other Required Qualifications
  • Current, valid, and unrestricted driver's license
Required Experience
  • One (1) year of related work experience

The budgeted salary range for this role is $45,900- $48,000 annually. Offers are based on relevant experience.
