Job summary

Hamilton Barnes Associates Limited is seeking an engineer to work directly with the CTO on GPU virtualization challenges in an early-stage infrastructure company. You will contribute to a production platform, collaborating with product teams to drive growth without legacy constraints.

You will own production systems from day one, tackling low-level networking, GPU drivers, and distributed systems, with opportunities to impact cloud customers and overall performance.

Qualifications

• Top CS programme graduate with 3.7+ GPA and strong production experience.
• Proven track record in low-level systems, production debugging, and performance tuning.
• No visa sponsorship available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Develop core GPU virtualisation software and improve efficiency for cloud customers.
• Optimize performance at the lowest levels of the stack with significant impact.
• Own production systems from day one and debug complex issues in networking and GPU drivers.
• Research oversubscription, checkpointing, and distributed GPU cluster management.
• Collaborate directly with the CTO on cutting-edge system challenges.
