MediaTek is seeking a Senior Staff / Principal GPU Engineer specializing in Geometry and Tiler Microarchitecture to work in San Diego. You will help define and develop next-generation GPU IP, focusing on optimizing GPU design and performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in RTL design, microarchitecture, or architecture for complex GPU.
• Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop GPU cluster-level microarchitecture specifications.
• Drive PPA optimization across power, performance, and area.
• Collaborate with architecture and software teams to translate product requirements into specifications.
