NVIDIA Corporation is seeking talented Architects, Functional Modeling Engineers, and Simulation experts to join our Architecture Modeling group in Santa Clara, CA. You will model GPU architectures, baseboard components, and related features, collaborating across teams to document, design, develop, and validate simulation platforms for future GPU generations.

You will develop tests and testing infrastructure, guide platform improvements, and leverage AI methods to enhance daily workflows.

Formación

• BS/MS/PhD or equivalent in CS/EE/CE with 5+ years of related experience.
• Proficient in C++, C, and Python or Perl.
• Strong background in Computer Architecture and modeling (SystemC & TLM preferred).
• Experience with ML frameworks and AI tooling is desirable.

NVIDIA Architecture Modeling group is looking for Architects, Functional Modeling Engineers, and Simulation experts to join various architecture efforts across GPU Architecture teams. In this position, you will be working with other world-class architects on enabling functional simulation platforms across GPU generations. **What you’ll be doing:*** Modeling of GPU architecture, baseboard components and other features* Work in a matrixed environment, across the different modeling teams, to document, design, develop tools to analyze and simulate, validate and verify models* Familiarize with different functional and performance simulation models across Nvidia and work through modeling features* Develop tests, test plans and testing infrastructure for new architectures/ features* Guide the improvement of the simulation platform and expand other resources to support future GPU architectures* Develop or use AI to help with day-to-day tasks **What we need to see:*** BS, MS, PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field with 5+ years of experience in related areas* Proficient programming skills in C++, C, and scripting languages such as Python or Perl.* Solid background in Computer Architecture with experience in modeling (System C & TLM preferred)* Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and LangChain* Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with a track record of driving issues to closure* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work successfully in a distributed team environment* Strong collaboration skills with design and engineering teams #ArchitectYourFutureYour base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
