Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Senior GPU Capacity and Optimization Planner to lead the optimization of our GPU fleet in San Francisco, CA. In this role, you will work with various teams to translate customer needs into infrastructure requirements, maximizing resource utilization while ensuring seamless performance for our AI/ML customers.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in capacity planning and familiarity with cloud environments. A strong educational background in a quantitative field is essential, along with a passion for environmental sustainability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Infrastructure Capacity Planning or related areas.
• Experience with hyperscaler cloud environments.
• Solid understanding of GPU topologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize GPU resource allocations.
• Align technical capacity with Sales and Customer Success demands.
• Collaborate with Fleet Management and Infrastructure Engineering for uptime.
