Job summary

Crusoe is building AI infrastructure hardware and software for high-performance GPU fleets. We seek a software engineer to develop tooling for managing GPU servers and data centers, focusing on diagnostics, automation, and AI agents to diagnose and repair hardware at scale.

You will work on deployment, monitoring, and support to maximize fleet availability, collaborating across energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services.

Qualifications

• Experience in software engineering for large-scale GPU compute environments.
• Ability to identify problems, rapidly develop scalable solutions and ship them.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep-level diagnostics and troubleshooting for hardware faults in GPU racks and high-density compute systems.
• Develop automation tooling for GPU platforms (NVIDIA A100, H200, GB200, B200 and AMD 350X/355X).
• Create automation and AI agents for diagnosing and remediating failed hardware.
• Collaborate with data center operations to build tooling for managing critical environment.
• Develop post-repair validation tools (burn-in, PyTorch, NCCL) for stability and performance.
• Own deployment, monitoring, and support of tooling to maximize GPU fleet availability.
• Develop automation for facilities management power and liquid cooling hardware.
