NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a senior architect leader to advance GPU/SoC architectures with a focus on performance, yield, and modular design. You'll drive optimization across silicon, architecture, and software teams, shaping multi-die and chiplet strategies for advanced NVIDIA products.

The role requires advanced degrees and 10+ years in processor architecture, plus strong C++/Python skills and experience building analytical tools.

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience, plus 10+ years in GPU/CPU/SoC architecture.
• Strong understanding of GPU architecture, execution pipelines, and subsystems.
• Strong C++ and/or Python skills with experience building models, simulators, optimization frameworks, or analysis tools.
• Experience translating architecture and product requirements into rules and algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Shape GPU architectures to improve product yield while maintaining performance and simplicity.
• Analyze manufacturing defects and develop methods to isolate affected regions without losing functionality.
• Build software tools/models capturing architectural, performance, and product requirements.
• Develop optimization techniques for large configuration spaces to identify viable product configurations.
• Evaluate yield, performance, area, cost, and complexity, collaborating across teams to move proposals into production.
• Ensure alignment of architecture decisions with product goals and silicon constraints.
