Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Business, Accounting, or Finance required.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in Finance, Project Management, or Customer Solutions roles.
• Strong MS Excel, MS Access, MS SQL, Oracle SQL, Tableau, Power BI knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cross-reference of Quest Diagnostics client numbers and GPO membership rosters for accurate fee reporting.
• Analyze monthly/quarterly client revenue to determine administrative fee amounts per GPO contract.
• Deliver monthly/quarterly/annual reporting to stakeholders and GPO customers.
• Audit new account setups for fee schedule and GPO membership consistency.
• Audit negative revenue trends to ensure consolidated invoices reflect payments.
• Maintain references between service codes and SIN bucket; support RFP/RFI data needs.
• Develop reporting processes to support corporate GPO strategies and initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing and setup align with GPO terms.
