Job summary

Adecco is seeking a senior property portfolio manager in Chantilly, VA to lead government and commercial properties. You will oversee budgets, drive cost controls, and manage a sizable team responsible for tenant satisfaction and service delivery across a multi-building portfolio.

The role requires a deep understanding of government-leased properties (GSA), a track record of budget oversight, and active TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant government/commercial property management experience.
• 5+ years directing staff in the double digits.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor's Degree or CPM/IREM designation or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budget process for entire portfolio and assigned buildings.
• Prepare, review, and submit operating and capital budgets.
• Monitor costs and implement cost control procedures.
• Manage team across sizable portfolio and staff.
• Lead tenant relations and service delivery across properties.
• Coordinate with on-site and off-site contacts to ensure satisfaction.
