Job summary

Peraton is seeking a seasoned Government Property Manager in Reston, VA to lead property operations, ensure compliance with FAR Part 45 and related regulations, and coordinate audits with DCMA and customers.

You will direct inventory reconciliation, generate reports for NASA, JPL, NRO, and other agencies, mentor teams, and implement process improvements using PIEE/GFP and AssetSmart. TS clearance or ability to obtain TS is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible Government Property Management experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Current CPPM or ability to obtain within one year.
• Experience reading and interpreting Government contracts.
• Strong knowledge of FAR Part 45, DFARS 252.245-7005 and related DCMA guidance.
• Experience with PIEE and GFP Module, AssetSmart.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Power BI.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Active Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison with Government representatives to resolve complex property issues.
• Advise on strategic process improvements across the property management function.
• Work with program-level custodians to establish compliant processes.
• Create and update Government Property Records and prepare reports for various agencies.
• Deliver training on property policies and federal regulations.
• Perform data analysis to ensure integrity of property records and reports.
• Prepare and submit annual, quarterly, and monthly property reports (NASA, JPL, NRO, MPO).
• Reconcile inventory input with corporate property records using AssetSmart tools.
