Job summary

RSC2 Incorporated is seeking a Program/Project Manager III to join our team at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. The role requires on-site presence, a Secret clearance, and a Bachelor's degree, with duties including directing all contract task order administration and ensuring effective communication with COR.

You will lead planning, coordinate contract support activities, interface with government personnel, and ensure feasibility studies, cost determinations, and compliance with work

• Interface with government personnel.
• Formulate and review project feasibility studies, determine costs, ensure conformance to work standards.
• Interpret policies, purposes, and goals of the organizations for subordinates.

• Formulate and review project feasibility studies, determine costs, ensure conformance to work standards.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Active Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's Degree

• Experience:
  • Minimum 14 Years experience managing government programs, one of which one year must be supervisory
  • Substitution: A minimum of 10 years’ experience managing government programs, of which one (1) year must be supervisory, is acceptable for candidates possessing a PMP certification.

Salary at RSC2 is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $118,228 - $287,000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical total compensation range for this position. This position is contingent upon contract award and government funding.
