Aufgaben

• Plan, organize and manage cross-functional IT projects of significant scope and impact.
• Guide project teams and maintain scope, schedule, requirements and rules.
• Mentor team members and coordinate task completion across groups.
• Handle status reporting, issues, risk identification and mitigation.
• Communicate project status to internal stakeholders and executives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans with milestones and rollout plans.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings across boundaries to secure resources and timelines.
• Identify critical path and contingencies, monitor risk and mitigation.
• Allocate resources and report on progress, budgets and dependencies.
• During training and transition, provide planning support and decision facilitation.
