Applied Intuition, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant to manage full-cycle AP for government contracts, with emphasis on job cost allocations, subcontractor invoicing, and travel expense reconciliation.

You will ensure FAR/DFARS compliance, audit readiness, and accurate tax and depreciation handling. The role requires strong FAR/DFARS knowledge, experience in JFTR travel rules, and ERP proficiency.

Formación

• 5+ years of accounting experience in federal government contracting
• Strong understanding of FAR/DFARS cost principles and allowability
• Experience with travel expense audits under JFTR/FTR and per diem rules
• Proficiency with ERP systems and cost reporting tools
• Ability to obtain US Government security clearance

Responsabilidades

• Oversee full-cycle AP processing with FAR-compliant practices
• Manage job cost coding and allocation for direct and indirect charges
• Review and reconcile subcontractor invoices ensuring allowability
• Process and audit travel expense reports per JFTR/FTR and per diem rules
• Maintain fixed asset depreciation schedules and prepare adjusting entries
• Prepare schedules for DCAA/DCMA audits and annual 1099 filings
