Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking a Specialist Manager, Government Client Contracts Management to lead federal contract administration for high-value engagements. The role reports to the Enterprise Contract Management & Operations team and supports compliance across the contract lifecycle. Hybrid schedule preferred for candidates in the Washington, D.C.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business or a related field.
• 8+ years managing multiple federal contract types and complex engagements.
• Experience supporting DoW/DoD agencies and federal clients.
• Experience leading projects with organizational impact.
• Experience developing and negotiating government-wide contract vehicles.
• Travel up to 25% on average.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal, award, and contract administration for complex federal contracts
• Review contract actions, identify risks, and implement action plans
• Advise leadership on contract strategy, negotiations, and issue resolution
• Monitor portfolios, pipeline activity, and contract performance
• Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain contract data and reporting
