Job summary

Peregrine Technologies in San Francisco seeks a Contract Administrator to turn executed contracts into coordinated action. You will review agreements, identify obligations, map requirements to goals, and drive post-award administration with client advocates, legal counsel, and other stakeholders.

You will manage 300+ active contracts, own renewal opportunities, and keep action items, milestones, status, and next steps documented in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 5+ years contracting experience in enterprise software/SaaS space, with preference for state/local government.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management systems and Salesforce.
• Ability to administer legal agreements and onboard new customers.
• Experience with direct contracting mechanisms and 3rd party contracting vehicles.
• Excellent executive-level written communication and relationship management.
• Located in San Francisco, California, willing to come into the office 4 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Review agreements, identify obligations and deadlines, and map requirements to business goals.
• Drive post-award administration issues through resolution with client advocates, legal counsel and stakeholders.
• Act as essential point of contact for customers, internal teams, and resellers on amendments, notices, renewals, etc.
• Manage 300+ active contracts and orders, own renewal opportunities, document milestones in Salesforce.
