Job summary

EXO Talent Partners is conducting a confidential search for a Senior Contracts Manager for a defense manufacturer in Melbourne, Florida. The role is on-site and you will own your portfolio of prime contracts while mentoring a small contracts team, reporting to a senior contracts leader. You bring 7+ years of U.S.

government contracts experience with strong FAR/DFARS knowledge and a proven ability to manage contracts end to end. A Bachelor's degree is required; CPCM/CFCM is a plus, not required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of government contracts experience, defense or aerospace preferred.
• Comprehensive FAR and DFARS knowledge across major contract types.
• Owns contracts end to end and collaborates cross-functionally.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; CPCM/CFCM a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead government contract management for prime contracts across programs.
• Mentor contracts staff and partner with program, finance, and operations.
• Draft, negotiate, and administer contracts, subcontracts, teaming agreements.
• Ensure FAR/DFARS compliance across all major contract types.
