Job summary

CATHEXIS is seeking a Contract & Compliance Director to serve on the Senior Leadership Team and own U.S. Government contract and procurement activities, compliance, and QMS operations. You will advise the CEO, lead recompetes and new contract vehicles, and help build JV and teaming partnerships central to our growth strategy.

The role requires expertise in FAR/DFARS, ISO, and government contract management across the full lifecycle, with strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in U.S. federal government contracting (prime and subcontracting).
• Strong background in federal contract management, contract administration, procurement, and compliance.
• Experience with cost-type contracts (CPFF, T&M, cost-plus) and DCAA/DCMA interface.
• Experience structuring teaming agreements and joint ventures.
• At least five years of management or leadership experience.
• Clearance eligible

Responsibilities

• Participate in strategic planning and provide contract/compliance reporting.
• Lead joint venture and teaming partner development; negotiate agreements.
• Oversee contracts lifecycle: proposals, negotiations, subcontracting, close-out.
• Advise management on terms, obligations, and risk mitigation.
• Manage CPFF and T&M contracts; liaise with DCAA/DCMA.
