Job summary

CATHEXIS is seeking a Contract & Compliance Director to lead U.S. government contracting, compliance, and QMS operations. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will advise the CEO, drive recompetes, and build JV and teaming partnerships central to growth.

You will own the contracts lifecycle, guide risk mitigation strategies, and coordinate with DCAA/DCMA while advancing ISO certifications and policy oversight.

Qualifications

• Experience leading contracts for U.S. government programs.
• Deep knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and agency supplements.
• Proven ability to manage QMS and ISO certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the contracts function; improve processes and automation.
• Oversee full contract lifecycle from proposals to close-out.
• Advise executive leadership on contractual rights and obligations.
• Manage JV and teaming partner development.
