• Portable book of business with a demonstrated track record of at least $500,000 annually.
• Licensed to practice in DC or eligible for prompt admission.

Responsibilities

• Represent government contractors in procurement matters, including bid protests, REAs, claims, and appeals.
• Draft and negotiate teaming agreements, subcontracts, and joint ventures agreements; defend audits and False Claims Act matters.
• Engage in FAR/DFARS counseling and compliance and participate in marketing and business development to grow the practice.
