• 3+ years of government contracts law experience.
• Experience in litigation, investigations, or regulatory counseling.

Responsibilities

• Handle government contracts matters, including bid protests and investigations.
• Advise clients on compliance with federal procurement regulations.
• Support transactional work involving government contractors (M&A diligence).
• Negotiate complex agreements with government agencies including OTAs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on regulatory and enforcement risks.
• Contribute to national security and export controls work.
