Job summary

The Aerospace Corporation in El Segundo, CA is seeking a Contract Administrator IV to provide comprehensive contract management and guidance for the Space Systems Command (SSC) and related government agencies. This full-time, on-site role supports national security space programs and requires extensive FAR/DFARS experience.

Responsibilities include coordinating SOWs, CDRLs, SPPE/FWO packages, and contract modifications, while maintaining strong collaboration with internal clients and SSC teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• Ten or more years of experience in Government Contract Management.
• Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, DODI 5000.77.
• Interpersonal skills working with all types of management – Business and Technical.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal customers across Finance, Technical Management, Supply Chain, Facilities, Accounting, Security and external government customers.
• Manage ART government requests (30+ SSC Job Numbers, $200M+) and update SOW/CDRLs as needed.
• Oversee SSC Job Numbers activities ensuring fulfillment of contract requirements (WROs, funding, SPPE, FWOs).
• Develop SPPE and FWO packages for SSC review and approval.
• Prepare CDRL Reports and other Contract Reports.
• Input contract modification funding data into SAP/4 and support contract modifications.
