Job summary

Miracorp in Topeka, KS, seeks a Project Manager III to lead the full lifecycle of complex government design and construction projects, from planning through closeout, ensuring quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.

The role oversees budgets, schedules, contractor performance, and stakeholder expectations, with on-site leadership, multi-discipline coordination, and travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; or 10 years of project management experience.
• Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of building design, construction methods, and commercial systems.
• Proficiency with project management principles, scheduling, cost estimating, and reading drawings.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with customers, contractors, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction and renovation projects from planning through closeout.
• Develop scopes of work, cost estimates, schedules, and support procurement.
• Oversee on-site operations as construction manager or inspector.
• Coordinate with A/E firms, contractors, and government stakeholders.
• Lead meetings, manage communications, and support customer relationships.
