Job summary

You will translate business requirements into functional capabilities and design workflows, collaborating with State program staff to ensure policy alignment. Responsibilities include documenting processes, supporting fit-gap analysis, and serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical design team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business architecture or process design on large-scale government or enterprise systems
• Strong understanding of business process modeling and functional requirements
• Experience with government program operations preferred
• Full-time dedication to the program required
