Job summary

Cayuse Holdings is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to manage and analyze large government budgets, provide recommendations to senior leadership, and support planning for major resource allocations.

The role requires an active Secret clearance, experience with budgets over $50M, and hands-on work with GFEBS, Power BI, and DoD financial programs. You will collaborate across Army and Joint budgets and help ensure compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal government budget roles.
• Expertise in detailed budget analysis for decision-makers.
• Hands-on experience with budgets > $50M in Joint Resource Manager.
• Active Secret Clearance.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, monitor, and report on execution of large budgets (≥ $50M) for Government programs.
• Analyze financial data to provide data-driven recommendations for senior leadership.
• Develop high-quality POMs to align with objectives and resource planning.
• Create spend plans guiding financial strategies and fiscal management.
• Produce reports and visualizations using Power BI and Power Platform.
• Collaborate on Army and Joint budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Identify variances and financial risks; support exercise budgets.
