Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in financial management, budgeting, accounting, or financial systems.
• Knowledge of budget execution, financial reconciliation, funding-document review, or government accounting practices.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and reconcile financial data and identify discrepancies.
• Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, analysis, execution, and monitoring of multiyear budgets and programmatic financial requirements.
• Maintain accurate prior-, current-, and future-year budget and funding data.
• Prepare, review, and maintain internal and external program-budget and financial-management documentation.
• Perform daily accounting and financial-management functions using government financial systems and databases.
• Create, access, review, and update financial records and transactions in GFEBS and LMP.
• Use Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications to analyze data, prepare reports, reconcile accounts, and support financial-management activities.
• Meet recurring financial deadlines with high accuracy.
