Job summary

E-Logic Inc. seeks a highly skilled Google Workspace Administrator to support the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum (USHMM). You will be the primary SME for the Museum's Google Workspace, ensuring governance, security, and optimization in a federally compliant environment.

The role requires strong experience with MFA, Okta-based SSO, DLP, and alignment with NIST 800-53, FISMA, and FedRAMP Moderate. Hybrid onsite with strict background checks is expected.

Qualifications

• Google Workspace Administrator certification (current)
• Experience in large enterprise or federal/federal-adjacent environments
• Hands-on with MFA, identity federation, and zero-trust concepts
• Experience aligning IT controls with NIST SP 800-53, FISMA, and FedRAMP Moderate

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator for Google Workspace domains and services.
• Manage user accounts, groups, units, and access controls.
• Oversee licensing and cost management for 900+ users.
• Implement identity lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, role changes).
• Administer and optimize Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Meet, Chat, Calendar.
• Enforce MFA and SSO via Okta; monitor security alerts and respond to incidents.
• Support audits, ATO activities, and security documentation.
