Qualifications

• Ability to lead, train, and motivate others.
• NC pesticide license or the ability to obtain within ninety days.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations in collaboration with the Golf Course Superintendent.
• Calibration and application of chemicals and fertilizers; maintain records.
• Keep accurate records of operations and payroll tasks.
• Supervise and train crew members.
• Troubleshoot and repair irrigation systems.
• Handle payroll and administrative duties.
