Job summary

GreatLIFE Golf is seeking a full-time Golf Course Superintendent to manage all agronomy for the golf course, property, and clubhouse grounds. The role includes budgeting, staff leadership, and coordination with department heads to ensure quality conditions and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/AA) or equivalent with related experience in agronomy or turf management.
• Strong budgeting, planning and record-keeping skills required.
• Excellent communication with staff, management and vendors.
• Safety program implementation and compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage BMPs for golf course, property, and club house grounds.
• Build and manage annual agronomic budget and 12-month plan.
• Lead recruitment, training, and supervision of maintenance staff.
• Maintain equipment and irrigation systems; ensure preventive maintenance.
