Qualifications

• Hands-on turf management and landscape maintenance.
• Irrigation systems setup, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Equipment operation and basic repairs for grounds features.

Responsibilities

• Maintain golf course turf and grounds through mowing, trimming, and edging for professional appearance.
• Plant, prune and care for grass, flowers, trees, and shrubs to promote healthy growth and aesthetics.
• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and insecticides following safety standards and best practices.
• Assist with irrigation system setup, monitoring, and maintenance for proper watering.
• Keep resort grounds clean and guest-ready by removing debris and raking leaves.
• Safely operate mowers, trimmers, hedge trimmers, and blowers.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs to fences, gates, walkways, and course structures.
• Support daily course preparation and uphold Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail standards.
