Job summary

Five Iron Golf is seeking a Senior Golf Coach to deliver high-quality instruction and foster exceptional guest experiences across its venues. You’ll balance individual and group coaching while collaborating with Social and Performance Teams, with a clear path into full-time coaching through our Coach Development Program.

The role requires 3+ years, TrackMan/video tools familiarity, and a passion for teaching.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of golf industry experience or graduation from a PGM program.
Proven one-on-one and group coaching experience.
Strong understanding of swing mechanics, ball flight laws, and launch monitor data.
Proficiency with video analysis and comfort using golf technology tools.
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain concepts clearly.
Energetic and engaging personality for group learning experiences.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
PGA or LPGA affiliation and/or PGM graduation are strong pluses.
Physically able to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Deliver best-in-class golf instruction through individual and group lessons for players of all skill levels.
Utilize TrackMan and other five iron technologies to provide data-driven, personalized coaching and fittings.
Actively engage guests during Golf Experience Engagement Time promoting lessons, swing evaluations, fittings, and memberships.
Build and retain a loyal client base by creating welcoming, memorable, and performance-driven experiences.
Represent Five Iron Golf at corporate events delivering high-energy instructional sessions.
Maintain a consistent lesson schedule that meets productivity goals and performance expectations.
Leverage social media to promote coaching services and the Five Iron brand.
Conduct junior clinics and support community outreach programs to grow the game.
Follow up with students to convert swing evaluations into ongoing lessons and KPIs.
Serve as an on-floor Performance Expert engaging with members to elevate their overall golf experience.
Participate in ongoing education and certification programs to continually sharpen coaching skills.
