Job summary

Five Iron Golf in Seattle, WA seeks a Senior Golf Coach to deliver high‑quality instruction and grow a client base. You will work with our Social and Performance Teams to introduce lessons, fittings, and memberships, with a pathway into a full‑time instruction role via the Coach Development Program.

The role emphasizes data‑driven coaching using TrackMan, video analysis, and golf technology tools, while engaging guests during Golf Experience Engagement Time and driving performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years in golf industry or PG M program graduate.
• One-on-one and group coaching experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of swing mechanics, ball flight laws, and launch data.
• Proficient with video analysis and golf tech tools.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Energetic, engaging, and performance driven.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top‑tier golf instruction for all levels.
• Use TrackMan and other Five Iron tech for data driven coaching and fittings.
• Engage guests during Golf Experience Engagement Time and promote services.
• Build a loyal client base with welcoming, performance driven experiences.
• Represent Five Iron Golf at corporate events with high energy instruction.
• Maintain a consistent lesson schedule meeting productivity goals.
• Leverage social media to promote coaching and brand.
• Conduct junior clinics and support community outreach to grow the game.
• Follow up with students to convert evaluations into ongoing lessons.
• Act as on‑floor Performance Expert enhancing member experience.
