Zusammenfassung

Club Champion is seeking Master Fitters to deliver tour-level club fitting experiences and manage client relationships in our Santa Monica studio. You will read and explain data from Trackman and Sam Putt Lab, build clubs to precise tolerances, and use Salesforce and Office tools to grow the business.

The role requires a college degree if available, plus experience with club fitting and launch monitors. 1+ year of sales experience and a background in selling customized clubs are preferred.

• Conducts innovative tour-level fitting experiences.
• Reads, interprets, and explains data points in the club fitting process.
• Oversees customer relations by growing and maintaining fittings for studio and personal clients.
• Maintains brand standards by keeping the workplace up to studio standards.
• Operates Trackman, Salesforce, Sam Putt Lab, and Microsoft Office.
• Builds golf clubs to the tightest tolerances in the industry.
• Utilizes relational selling methods to grow business metrics.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
