Job summary
Solidus Resources, LLC is advancing the Spring Valley Gold Project in Pershing County, Nevada. The Fixed Plant Superintendent will establish and lead maintenance for a new crushing, conveying, and ADR processing operation, including commissioning and long-term reliability of processing infrastructure.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of maintenance experience in mining or heavy industrial environments.
- 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience.
- Experience maintaining crushing, conveying, and fixed plant equipment.
- Experience with ADR processes, heap leach operations, or gold recovery is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of predictive and reliability-centered maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance activities across crushing, conveying, ADR plant, and heap leach facilities to maximize equipment reliability.
- Develop preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs.
- Support commissioning, startup, and readiness for the new facility.
- Oversee maintenance of fixed plant equipment including crushers, conveyors, pumps, piping, and electrical/instrumentation systems.
- Implement condition monitoring such as vibration analysis and oil analysis.
- Build and mentor a high-performing maintenance team and manage contractors.
