Job summary

CoreAi Consulting is seeking a Golang Software Engineer to design and build scalable backend services in a microservices platform. You will collaborate in a Scrum team to deliver high-impact features and partner with engineers across platforms to drive innovation and engineering excellence.

You will own REST APIs, event-driven messaging with Kafka or RabbitMQ, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code reviews.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience with a type-safe backend language; Golang preferred.
Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Experience developing RESTful APIs and event-driven systems using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and with CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Golang or a similar type-safe backend language.
Build and enhance features within a microservices architecture.
Develop and integrate REST APIs and asynchronous messaging systems (Kafka or RabbitMQ).
Collaborate within a Scrum team to deliver high-quality, customer-focused solutions.
Contribute to system design, architectural decisions, and engineering best practices.
Ensure code quality through automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end features and improvements.
Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
