High Country Search Group is assisting a Denver-based client in hiring a Senior / Lead Golang Developer to own event-driven architecture and drive the creation of several new Go microservices from design through deployment.

You will mentor engineers, help shape the technical direction of a modern cloud-based platform, collaborate with executives on high-impact initiatives, and work in a hybrid environment with three in-office days per week.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading software development initiatives at scale.
• Mentoring and leading other engineers.
• Strong production Go (Golang) experience.
• Strong understanding of systems design and microservices architecture.
• Advocate for clean architecture and clean code.
• Experience with event-driven systems such as Kafka.
• AI Forward mindset in SDLC/ADLC pipelines.
